Features
By original micro-gel, migration time is within 20min
Using 2.5cm each micro-gel (polyacrylamide gel) which is made inside plastic gel cassette, TGGE and DNA-PAGE at constant temperature can be done easily. To make micro-gel, use optional gel caster.Compact design, No need of circulation device
This product is compactly designed and takes area of only a little more than A4 paper. Since it has temperature controlling function by Peltier device, there is no need of circulation device. Only device required other than Micro TG is power supply for electrophoresis (for example AE-8135/ 8155).3 micro-gels can undergo electrophoresis together
To perform electrophoresis, only things to do are set micro-gel and buffer wick on holder and then put on thermo stage. 3 micro-gels can migrate under same temperature gradient/ voltage condition. Accuracy of temperature gradient is almost identical in these 3 gels.Specifications

(*1) Temperature accuracy for gel is ±0.2 ºC for inside gel and ±0.5 ºC for between gels. Please use in air conditioned room. Though avoid place like near outlet of air conditioner where wind is directly blow.
