TRANALAB RE-2KB 2L rotary evaporator is suitable for chemistry laboratory, modern organic laboratory, university teaching, to remove solvent from samples by evaporation, ethanol / alcohol recovery,  concentration. The heating power of this 2L rotary evaporator is 1KW, which is more suitable for lab rotary evaporation operating.

TR-RE2KB Rotary Evaporator is a newly designed new generation smart rotary evaporator, digital display of temperature, control part use high-performance single chip as main control chip, adopt special control program according to controlled member, beauty in appearance and stable in property. Besides, it has reserved updating connector, which can update software to meet client requirements.

FEATURES

1.  Use Teflon water bath kettle, which is heat preservation, energy-saving, anti-explosion, splash-proof, rust protection and anti-pollution; 
2.  Primary member use rust protected aluminum alloy and special engineering plastic, that is durable in use and beauty in appearance; 
3.  Has the function of temperature and rotating speed, double display of temperature and rotating speed; 
4.  Components use new-type interface design, easy to assemble; 
5.  Double sealed by Teflon and fluorine rubber sealing ring to keep high vacuum degree; 
6.  Use advanced PID temperature control to control temperature accurately; 
7.  Whole body adopts building block design, that is strong in expand ability; 
8.  It can smoothly up and down, easy to handle and latch position.
9.  Equipped with efficient vertical condensate glass component, condensation area can reach up to 1500cm², fast condensation speed, recovery rate almost 100%. 
10.  Has the function of dry burning resistant protection and safe temperature loop.
11.  Has a wide speed regulation range, can set temperature freely within 0-200 RPM.
12.  Durable design, can choose plate bursting disk glass component as needed.

Rotary evaporator, also called rotavap or rotovap, is a commonly used lab instrument in chemistry laboratory, mainly used in continuous distillation of a large amount of volatile solvent under negative pressure. Especially for the concentration of extract liquor and distillation of receive liquid when chromatography. Because evaporator is vacuumed, to be distilled solvent’s boiling point depressed. In general, ingredient which is distilled form sample is the target ingredient in chemical research, such as extracting some natural ingredient from organic synthesis sample. Rotary evaporator mostly is used for isolating low-boiling ingredient, such as hexane, ethyl acetate, that presenting liquid state under indoor temperature and normal pressure. Besides, it can dislodge some ingredient in sample by standard operation.
